Three ways to hire the hall.
Main Hall & Kitchen
A popular choice for parties, classes, receptions and larger community events.
Other users may still be in the Green Room unless you choose exclusive hire.
Green Room
Best for meetings, workshops, tutoring and smaller group sessions.
A practical lower-key option when you do not need the full venue.
Exclusive Use
Hire the full building when you want privacy or need all spaces at once.
Ideal for weddings, larger celebrations and events with catering support.
Hire fees
Simple, transparent pricing.
Effective from 1 June 2026. Standard hirings require the fee and a £25 deposit. Weddings and adult events require a £50 deposit.
Child's Party
£15per hour
Exclusive use of Hall. Under 12s only.
Regular User
£16per hour
Minimum 12-week booking. No deposit required.
Adult Party
£20per hour
Over 25s only. Enquire to book. £50 deposit.
Wedding Events
£400flat rate
Hours to be agreed, normally Friday pm to Sunday am. £50 deposit.
Meeting (Green Room)
£10per hour
Under 15 people in the Green Room.
Meeting (Main Hall)
£20per hour
Default one-off hourly rate. 15 or more people.

Important booking conditions
- Regular users — £16/hour (Main Hall) or £10/hour (Green Room). Minimum 12-week commitment. No deposit required.
- One-off hourly hire — £20/hour. This is the default rate for non-regular Main Hall bookings. £25 deposit required.
- Children's parties — £15/hour. Under 12s only. Exclusive use of the hall. £25 deposit required.
- Adult events — £20/hour. Over 25s only. Acceptance is not guaranteed — please enquire to book. £50 deposit required.
- Weddings — £400 flat rate. Hours to be agreed, normally Friday pm to Sunday am. £50 deposit required.
- Green Room — £10/hour for all bookings (regular or one-off).
